Pretty sure the guitar solo at 1:11 is not Takayuki Hijikata, he did most of the guitar solos in this game but I think this one is actually by Tomoyuki Kawamura, as he worked on Sega Rally's Sound Effects, and he also did a song in Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero called "Chaos" which sounds very much like this Guitar Solo.

the recent 30th anniv album confirmed that this is Jun Senoue. actually, if you watch the clip of him performing at TGS in '97, he plays a lot of these same types of lines.
