This woman has dedicated her life to martial art for over 22 years and still a live dog in the ring. Multiple world boxing champion then transitioned over to mma to extent her career. Definitely a 1s ballot hall of famer. She was also a kickboxer. Holm doesn`t get spoken about much because she is not loud, never has a bad attitude and never curses.

holly in her prime would've done the same thing to kayla as she did to ronda. she's over 40 years old now, but i don't think kayla can just steamroll her. kayla at 135 will not be this physical monster she was in the pfl and also she fought mostly cans in the pfl. and btw it's ridiculous to see the donkey ariel is always trying to pretend like amanda's ducking julianna. he's julianna's dog because she always say yes to be on his show while amanda always said no. julianna is pure crap with 3-3 in her last 6 fights. the only notable win in her career was against an injured and ill-prepared amanda. as soon as amanda was back in normal shape she beat up julianna like a dog for five rounds straight. and when they were about to fight for a third time julianna ran.

Her walking weight is likely around 170. Look at how slow Meisha was when she dropped to 125, just one weight class and got pieces up by Lauren Murphy.. Kayla is dropping two weight classes after she’s been at 155 for years. I know she has a decent turn around time but I just don’t see it being successful for her. I could bring wrong though.
