The style of music, the genre, I'd call Indie Folk. The style of singing we can say is "call and response". One voice gives the question, the other the answer. When they sing together it's called harmonization. Any pitched instrument can do call and response and harmonization- by multiple players or just a singular player. Hope this helps!
