Holly Willoughby Quits This Morning: Ex-Host Richard Madeley Comments | Good Morning Britain

Holly Willoughby has revealed she 'will not be returning' to This Morning, where she has been a host for 14 years. She said it was an 'honour to just be part of its story' but that she feels 'I have to make this decision for me and my family'. Ms Willoughby, acknowledging that leaving is 'such a difficult goodbye', has thanked the network for 'being supportive'. She also expressed in her Instagram post her gratitude to the 'wonderful viewers' that she says have been 'loyal, so supportive and the very best company' over the years.

Probably because if she is concerned for her safety due to this latest incident, it's entirely understandable why she wouldn't feel comfortable or safe presenting a live show on a daily basis where it is very easy to know where she is going to be and at what time every single day. She may go on to present other shows that are not broadcast live.
