hey guys! i just wanted to step in here and say, first of all, that i am very sorry the clips of rocket (the rabbit featured) has sparked dismay, alarm and upset. i really am. i shared the clips of rocket in the video, because he is an adorable rabbit and only i am aware of his entire situation e.g. when he is cleaned, let out in their garden and fed etc. of course, i am concerned for his welfare and i do agree that his living situation is not ideal (when i was also stroking him it really did not look good at all), but i have decided to remove these clips from the vlog because i am going to take matter in my own hands now and off the internet. it is not my responsibility (nor angelo’s. please again don’t place the blame anywhere without full knowledge of the situation / his family), but i am aware there is always something that can be done. again, i am really sorry that i shared this online (it is one of those occasional situations where i included a clip without truly thinking it through) but i will always hold my hands up and say that i’ve mad a mistake!

So what's being done to better Rocket's living situation? Are you educating his owners? Buying him a new, species appropriate hutch? You're vegan to prevent the mistreatment of animals (who are also not your responsibility as you don't own them - using your logic from above) so I don't understand how the animal living in the same house as your significant other does not deserve the same level of thought, care and advocacy as the other animals that you're vegan for. And if your S/O has access to the rabbit (as he obviously does and so do you), why hasn't he previously bought a better hutch, cleaned it more often etc? Due to your edits, you obviously know this living situation is wrong but what are either of you doing to improve it? I hope you're able to live by your values for all animals, not just when it's easy/ may not cause conflict.

You are just trying to hide this obvious neglecting from people to not to appear problematic in front of your viewers. It's not an adult like approach to this situation, although almost all your videos have the word 'adult' in the title.

@@natashabirimac609 yes, I am aware his living situation is not right at all. and yes, I am going to do something about it, without a doubt. my reason then for taking it offline was because I need to deal with this myself, without also dealing with the conflict online. this story is not as simple as it seems and too many people are starting to make wrong assumptions and share malicious comments, which does no-one any good (and I’m not just trying to play victim here). I appreciate the concern that has been raised, and now, as I said, I am going to take it in my hands to sort out, which i hope you can respect.

Rabbits are social animals and do best in bonded pairs. They’re also far best kept indoors in a VERY large, clean space with unlimited access to hay :( keeping a bun in a tiny box outside on its own is completely cruel

Hi Holly! I was wondering if you could talk about dealing with an injury while people around you continue to train. I was injured a lot last year and also couldn't train because of an ED relapse, and I got so mad at my boyfriend when he kept training (we both run and strength train a lot). It really affected our relationship, although I want him to be happy and healthy, and I'm glad he can train. Maybe you have some useful tips! Lots of love from Germany xxx

Holly, in order to prevent frizz from your hair, I suggest that you hide your hair in a cap either lose or tie it up. Maybe you should shampoos and conditioners which are cream like, wash your hair in cold water, and do not dry your hair or use any heating element on your hair.

If you’re ever up to do another challenge video, it’s currently the month of Ramadan where Muslims fast from about 1.5 hours before sunrise to sunset (ex here in California, US we are fasting from about 5:30am to 7:30pm). No food no water. It would be nice to see what high calorie & protein dishes you would think to make as a vegan!
