Holly, what hair care routine do you use to make your hair grow strong and healthy without feeling dry and frizzy? I would like to hear about it because I want to try it on my hair since I do not want to have shorter hair anymore. My hair is now passed the shoulders getting close to my armpits.

Regarding seasonal allergies, you can cure that by eating raw *locally* sourced honey. If you eat 1 tablespoon of the honey per day for about 2 months one season, the next season/year your allergies will be greatly reduced. You can repeat it to decrease the symptoms 🍯

Ugh hey fever is the worst. Mine’s usually not that bad, I have a small period of intense watery eyes and snotty nose (usually less than an hour and exclusively outside) then be fine for days. Seems my hey fever has ramped up since moving to LA, different pollen making my eyes water for more than an hour whilst inside. Got the strongest antihistamine I could find in the 7-11; my hey fever isn’t bad compared to most, but I can’t do lab research when I can’t see because my eyes are watering and super itchy, and also the timing of the symptoms can be very random!
