The heat tiredness is a thing. I moved from England to Alabama for college/running and was super tired. The heat increases your metabolism so you have to eat more to not be as tired! I’ve also heard from friends who went to Asia that food there is a lot less energy dense than western countries so people sometimes end up accidentally not eating enough!

Loving these videos! It’s like a Netflix series for me! I was wondering if you would ever consider doing a “Holly vegan challenge” a bit like veganury where some of your followers could join the challenge to go vegan for a week/month and you could give tips/mini challenges along the way? I’ve always wanted to try it but just think a group setting would help!

Hi Thai person here Don't pronounce Ph as F in Thai words As P in Thai is ป And Ph in Thai ภ,พ The Ph that you had pronounced (not F) is correct Example ภูเก็ต Phuket ภู is Phu เก็ต is Ket (not with y instead of t (with t is correct) Fun fact : if you want to pronounce in Thais way "K" in phuket should be "g" in "ga" sound K is "g" ga in Thai And Kh is english K sound Just want to correct haha

@@HollyGabrielle up north at bang pae waterfall, it’s not really a touristy area otherwise - it’s in a national park! I used to volunteer with the project in 2014-2015, but looks like they only take bookings now. It’s well worth a visit though, you learn a lot about the abuse of animals used as photo props across Thailand! They rescue the gibbons and rehabilitate the ones that they can to release back in the national park in Phuket and also in Chang Mai 😊

Holly, I would not know how to pronounce Phuket because I have never been to Thailand at all. I am not sure that Asia would really interest me. If you and Angelo, enjoy Asia, that is fine! It is myself whom I referring too.
