Have you seperated the audio and video in an editing platform to edit the sound from the Lark M-1 ? I believe the "stereo setting" is especially for editing software (unless it's for keeping sound in both playback speakers...). Keep trying new things with the new gear_😉and make some follow-up content 👍

I bought this microphone because, as a journalism student, I am TIRED of fooling with the super-long corded omnidirectional Lavalier microphone during interviews. The interviewees never know how to wear it; it's nearly impossible to hide under clothes and plain cumbersome to work with. The Hollyland microphone was a suggestion from a former professor I had during my undergrad who regularly uses this microphone. I'm glad that I have taken his advice.

Can the receiver operate while charging via USB-C? I can alternate microphones for effectively unlimited battery life on that end, but I'd like to leave the receiver permanently connected to my PC. The lavalier mic I currently have won't work while charging, which is a real pain.

Hello Raymond, I purchased the Lark C1 to easily record podcasts on the go and have a question. Although both microphones are recognized separately by the receiver, they are combined into one signal. Is there a way to get a separate signal from each of the two microphones? I haven't found such an option. I would be very grateful for a quick answer. Best regards from Berlin Rayco

​@@literallyjeff In the meantime I received an email from Hollyland and they confirmed that Lark C1 only works in mono mode. Lark M1 works in mono and stereo, but has no smartphone connection. I have now decided on the brand new “Lark Max”. It costs twice as much, but it is also the premium class.👍

There's no 3.5mm mic input for a lavalier microphone, so using for weddings probably won't work, but they look like great vlog/travel mics!

Biggest weakness of this one is no option for a lapel with the transmitter, no option for real time monitoring with the receiver and very little gain adjustments. Most of the time it's too loud. Upgraded to this from my boya bym1v. Sound quality is better and the noise reduction feature is way better on the lark. But the lark is too loud.

@@amarjitverma6002 sound quality wise the lark is better. Battery life is leagues above on the lark too. The boya's advantage is that it has the option to use an external wired lav mic which is absent on the lark. I also find that the boya has a bit better control in gain as it has 6 levels compared to only 3 on the lark. And I find that even the lowest setting on the lark is too loud still.

You don't even need an expensive lavalier mic if you have an Asus laptop I was testing my $20 Sony lavalier mic using the noise cancelling technology in my Asus F-17 laptop and the sound is just perfect I had LAV taped with mole skin under my shirt and was recording dialogue for a sitcom IM creating and the sound was perfect enough for TV
