I know some of you are saying that you think Dillon is gay. I think it is more serious than that. I think Dillon is trans. Or some kind of gender non conforming. It would explain a lot. That is probably why their friends called them a freak. Maybe they were trying to socially transition and were dressing in a more feminine or androgynous way and the friends hated that. It would also explain why Dillon prefers living with Misbah. Dillon's mother feels very much like she would be a very traditional, conservative Muslim who would likely push stereotypical gender norms.

If someone went from being jerky towards you then straight up started threatening you and your reputation/family/relationship, just because of you being yourself, then what would you do? Or if they badmouthed your family or someone close to you for associating with you right to your face /calls you a disgrace and a disappointment to everyone you met. Oh my OA Dillon’s a wonderful character I think he might be Gay and d maybe Transgender and if that’s the case then he’ll be the second FTM character in the village. I don’t like his Mother I do wonder though how she’d react around Brooke they should be what they want to be and wear what they want to wear as well but if Dillon’s Mother ends up having screen time with Brooke I guarantee she’ll splash her homophobicness all over them along with Juliet and Peri. Dillon should stay with his Aunt Misbah and be apart of her Family if his Mother can’t handle him. 😒
