I love the Hollywood hills. There's so much mystique and glamor hidden in those narrow streets. Plus the views are breathtaking. I would definitely move their if I ever got the chance to

Thank you 😊 You'll generally get more for your bang the further east you go. The Hills surrounding Beverly Hills to Malibu are by far some of the most expensive in Los Angeles. For a somewhat affordable alternative, nearby by, the Hills of Sherman Oaks. I also did a video on this. Thanks!

Nice, happy to hear that. Thank you! 😊 Deciding between these three; not a bad problem to have! Me (my opinion), Malibu is amazing, beautiful, but too far from regular civilization. And in this case, I would just choose the Palisades. But if seclusion and Ocean Views is what you want, yes, Malibu. Between Bel Air and the Hollywood Hills: if you want seclusion and more land, like a yard, and less density, then go Bel Air. Bel Air offers more of these qualities than the Hollywood Hills; you get more land in Bel Air. Now, for convenience to cool stuff, like West Hollywood, Fairfax, Beverly Grove, N. Robertson, etc. then go Hollywood Hills. Also for views. The con in HH: no land, yard, narrow streets. Personally, at this stage in my life I would choose Hollywood Hills. But all of this is generally speaking, as it depends on price range and what pocket of these neighborhoods you're in. But seems Bel Air would be a good balance between Malibu and the Hills. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks!
