Great tour and nice homes. Do any of these owners have small kids because a lot of those homes don't seem to have backyards. If I'm buying a nice home like that, I'd want one with a big backyard for my kids to run around in. Maybe I'm old fashioned.

Love your videos and appreciate you dropping knowledge on the neighborhoods in la. My favorite are Hancock park, Beverly Hills, and Hollywood hills. Never cared much for Bel Air. I do have a question for you, is moving out there to become a real estate agent worth it? In both scenarios. Scenario 1) you have enough money to promote yourself all over the city, bill boards radio ads etc. Scenario 2) you have no money to invest in the career and must start off door knocking. I have a friend out there that told me unfortunately most of them fail. Anyway, love the videos I can become very in delve with them.

Well here in Pennsauken New Jersey there’s people they want to move we don’t wanna move to the ghetto we don’t want to live around black people we don’t wanna live around prostitutes or crazy people there is poor people in the world and wants to live a decent respectable life and doesn’t want to live around these kind of people yes I would like to find a decent neighborhood where I can buy a house under 100,000 where I can have a elementary school will not open the mountains like I can’t via a mansion so don’t get me wrong just a normal house three bedroom living room dining room kitchen and driveway in a tiny yard I’ll be happy with that but it looks like it’s never going to happen I have to stay in New Jersey I have to stay in New Jersey no I found houses cheap and other islands and other places when I say why can I live in a normal new place that I wanna live in because they’re selling everything too high I understand if they’re supporting their families but isn’t there an area somewhere overlooking that area you know when you stand up in the mountain and you’re looking down at the whole entire area somewhere in a decent neighborhood there’s got to be a cheap house and a very decent respectable place do you know something I’m not superstitious the spirits tell me don’t tell him where Find cheap houses because and then he buys them all and sell them expensive and nobody can be able to buy a house I’ll be like God why me why can I buy a house why can I move who’s blocking me this is not your problem but I just wanted to tell somebody what I’m going through I’m trying to sell my house for 198,000 and move to a better area I think going to be a rich area but at least will be a decent respectable area everybody died of Covid they should be plenty of houses
