I was a VIP guest at the Vegas concert just days later and we were allowed to stand at the very edge of the stage. I was so close, I could easily grab onto Johnny’s leg if I wanted to! Got to meet and talk to him backstage. He is incredible!

☠🎸⛓🤍🖤 all absolutely outstanding musicians in their own right. Consider my mind blown. Got to thank them for reminding this old groupie that a few droops and lines in the old face doesn't make you any less cool. Got to give a shout out to Johnny. It's been a lot of years since I've seen a guitar player throwing his picks out to his fans. He can still remember as famous as he is what it's like to be at a concert and take one of those picks home. That really says a hell of a lot. Even making sure he got the balls out to the audience so they could enjoy them. Brought back memories if when bands made out of made a point of including the the audience in the festivities.

That's his JOB, although Johnny as well as others can and do play lead. At this point, when this was filmed, Johnny was still getting used to performing live on stage. He says in interviews that he never thought of himself as a singer (though he is, as anyone who has tried to sing the part of Sweeny Todd will tell you), he never felt he was a front man all those years ago when his band came from Florida to Hollywood, he just played is guitar and stood in the back. Now he's someone, someone that people want to see and hear and he's getting used to being put out front. You can see sometimes an embarrassed look when Alice pulls him over. This was early 2019, you have to look at the dates on the videos. You can see, as time progresses that Johnny steps up and takes his place as one of the 3 people the band is based around. Those of you who catch his interviews don't understand that, out of character, he's a very shy man. Playing the guitar is not a character, it's what he always wanted to do and he didn't expected to be out front because when he was young he didn't Know he could sing, so being out front never occurred to him. I'm so pleased at how Alice is bringing him along as a front man, and bringing Joe Perry along as a front man too. Joe Perry was the kick ass guitar player, not the front man and if you watch their early tapes, he tends to drift back a bit and leave the front man stuff to Alice Cooper, but he realized faster that there isn't 1 front man, there are 3 front men - and then they pretty much bring whoever they know who wants to come along. I've seen footage with more than a dozen guitar players on stage, and they were having a blast and so was the audience.

Alice just gets better and better with age. I’ve listened to him since the mid 70’s . And this is not more than the all-star group that people would love to be in, and the best part about them is they are just there to make music and have fun. As it should be in the first place. Course you do have to be good at it still.
