James, you need to get Chris a set of brushes which fit on the front of the forklift attached like a pallet. Most waste handling sites have these. Saves a lot of brushing!

*Good morning Baxenden team* .... Well deserved 25k subs and *partial hair shave* was awesome ! *Great sport* ! 💪🏻 *I think it's been said in the comments but having the tyre popper elevated so the alloy just drops into a skip would save double handling 👍🏻 and our old yard used to have a rotating brush and a flat one on a telehandler to save brushing ....it took 30 mins to do the whole yard* ... Welcome back into the vlogs *Zoe* She's a breath of fresh air and always smiling / laughing.... *The yard and keeping on top of things is some undertaking* daily. I had no idea it would be that busy ! It's just a constant which is great but you only need one or two people away and I bet it's very *hard to keep up* . Thanks for making me laugh as per , keep up the great work Gary Sulek 🙏 🦉

It was really good to visit last week but a shame that James and John were not there. The tremendous advantage was that I had the lovely Zoe all to myself for a good old chat. Thank you Zoe for your hospitality; I'm sorry I could not get back on the Monday, as promised but family business took over. BCB is growing and maturing, the work that goes into the place and the progress is amazing. It is truly a place to watch! Speaking of watching, I saw one of the old video's from two years ago nostalgia ruled for over half an hour as John, James and Marcus battled to get a Mark 11 Cortina engine to show signs of life -- a great trip down memory lane and scary to think I watched the original episode and it only feels like five minutes ago! Preparation of Young Mark's car didn't do the paintwork a lot of good but I bet the finish belies the brutality! I hope to see you all next month to share a small celebration with you. Thanks for another great video and best wishes.

We use a shredder you have the write machine to load trailers with shred now alot more wait easier to load less fuel without the crusher shredders are electric you can also use the shredder to separate all the none Faris metals make more money that way to gata spend money to make money 😊

Tyre popping machine could be raised so it pops the tyres and then all the broken alloy falls directly into a skip to save double handling and collecting all the metal from the floor every time.

Hi, Your doing a great job, but may be if..... you had said you were going to have a floating bulk trailer, that would impact on your pile. Trailer left in the yard, you fill straight from the crusher, you start at 7, artic comes in at 8, exchanges trailer, you crush and fill trailer, another exchange at 11, you crush and fill, another exchange at 2, and same at 5 . you crush and fill, finishing off in the morning before the exchange at 8, do that Monday to Friday, crush the pile Saturday, so if your pushed or have a breakdown, you have stock to go in the artic's....🤔

Ii used one of those white tanks and put a fuel pump on it with a car batterie and used the forklift to take it to each machine so you didn't have to move them I put 30 feet of hose on it to reach each machine much much easier had the fuel truck fill that and the normal tank when he showed up we go through a 1000 gallons a day we use 3 of those
