First thing I think when I hear a Limp Bizkit song is that I want to slap Fred Durst in the face. Always found him annoying. Second thing I think is that is a nice riff. Wes Borland was great. With a different front man I would've loved them.

This song has possibly the lowest tuning in that era. It's tuned to F#, which is standard for 8 string guitars today, but 8 strings didn't exist then (commercially, anyway), so Wes used a modified 4 string bass for the extended scale length. If you look at his guitar in the video it's actually an Ibanez 4 string bass.

Eminem tried to break into the business through Fred Durst at first. Fred and Em became friends, and Fred even brought Em around Korn. Munky (Korn's second guitarist) said Em gave him a demo tape, but Munky was so drunk he forgot/lost it. You can even see Em in the "Got the Life" Korn video at the end when all the Elementree friends were getting together for their backyard party (Fred, Orgy, and Em all showed up - you can even see Em in the lower right corner wearing a black hat at the very end (but the KZbin 'up next' stamps block him)).
