Chino has evolved with each album. White Pony showed just how insane his evolution had become after 3 albums. Check out Deftones - Be Quiet and Drive. Make sure it's the full version not the radio edit version. As for top notch rock/metal singers you are missing one of the most important metal singers to ever live. Bjorn "Speed' Strid from Soilwork. Him and Devin Townsend are on a whole another level when it comes to metal singing and would you believe it that they are great friends. In fact, Devin produced their 4th album Natural Born Chaos and also help out with their album Sworn to the Great Divide. Soilwork has been around since the later 90s era and started of as new wave trash and matured and perfected their sound with each LP. They have had a few line up changes but they always bring the goods. Soilwork - Into Eternity This song is balls to the wall and shows just how insane this band can be. Bjorn can do cleans, 80s high pitch sqeuals, death vocals, growls, fry and everything else in between. Soilwork - Father & Son, Watching The World Go Down. An emotional rollercoaster that tugs on society's heart strings. PS. The drummer Dirk is now in Megadeth and i personally feel his talents are wasted with them since he is a beast.

Live they are as good or better I say seen them live many times stand every time they are so so fing good!!
