Christoph Waltz is honestly the only person I hold near or close to the great working of those such as Anthony Hopkins, Samuel L Jackson, Hugo Weaving, and so on. His perfection in the way he articulates his dialog, the way he can play a huge range, and still maintain that strong dialog even if it is rather psychotic or insane. Christoph should have joined quentin years ago. Imagine him instead of John Travolta playing Vincent Vega......dear lord just gave myself goose bumps.

That is because he IS Dr. Schultz. It is in him. This role was like tailormade for Waltz... I'm German and i knew Waltz as actor long time before his appearance in Inglourious Basterds. Still, even for me, the improvement in his performance in the last 10 years is just amazing. Some actors are late bloomers... but those are the once you will remember forever..

My favorite actor by far. The question at the end about slavery you could tell he thinks about it completely differently than Americans do it was interesting to hear his answer. It seemed like he was still trying to figure out his feelings about it and was really thinking about how he felt and his acceptance that he doesn’t know still 100% like we do and is learning our culture still at that point seems like the smartest thing to say

Hes such a charming fellow, i cant dislike a single thing about him. I was honestly waiting for his character to die, i knew i liked him way too much for him to stay.
