10 reasons why Robert Pattinson will be a good Batman: 1. He’s an incredibly talented actor. Remember Me, Water for Elephants, The Rover, Good Time, High Life, The Lighthouse, etc. proves that. 2. He’s already pulled off a cocky and charismatic billionaire in Cosmosis. If anyone has what it takes to play a young Bruce Wayne, it’s him. 3. He looks like he’s bulked up for the role. Nearly every superhero actor works out hard enough to get the superhero physique. 4. He has the right height and chin for the part. Love him or hate him, he’s pretty much tailor made for the dark and gritty Batsuit. 5. He’s being trained for The Batman from the same guy who trained Keanu Reeves for John Wick. Imagine how intense the fights will be. 6. He’s done plenty of research for Batman. The amount of comics he’s read shows how much this character means to him. 7. He has support from Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan. Nobody should argue with the men who gave us the most popular Batman. 8. He’s not the only controversial comic book casting. Nobody wanted Heath Ledger as The Joker but he proved them wrong. 9. He’s going to be the lead in the upcoming and highly anticipated Tenet. So far, two Dark Knight directors want to work with him. 10. He’s going to be directed by one of the best filmmakers today. Matt Reeves will direct a phenomenal Batman movie.

Later on, I realized it was bad for my mother tongue, it sort of weaned and withered (if u like) due to the lack of using it in thought process. Best thing to do is to balance it out which is strengthening both at the same rate or at least keep the gap close.

The interviewer needs to do a better job at spreading the questions to the rest of the table. Bryan Cranston was super interesting but it's frustrating to not hear more from the others. That's the key job of the interviewer - help direct the conversation, several times he would ask Bryan question after question. Was still interesting to watch but felt it missed out on it's full potential.

The audience is so unnecessary and most likely killed the intimacy of the room. It definitely felt like the stories were upped to play to the audience and get instant feedback. But IMO, it didn't stop them from opening up (ex: Margo's dead foot). So I'm going to guess it WILL happen again because the decision to add an audience "LIVE!" was made for financial reasons and this is Hollywood, "Corporate" USA. If they charge $50 a seat for 100 seats, they can make some good money ($5k?) and afford more stars (marginally). We're not paying for their content on KZbin, so it makes financial sense to include an audience. However, its a slippery slope and I wouldn't be surprised if the show turns into The Hollywood Reporter's Toyota Roundtable, with a car logo in the background. (Which wouldn't be as off-putting to the actors as the audience, so I'm more okay with that). Or if the whole show is sold off, like most free-app start-ups, and becomes a corporate disaster. THR should take notice that this content is so valuable BECAUSE its seemingly for artists by artists and for not the system or for profit. The content's value decreases drastically if that intimate perception is eroded. So please, no more audience. Thanks. P.s. THR has become my go to industry source on FB and internet news because of this show. It adds great value to their brand. The audience seems to be tarnishing it.
@josecampos-sz2ur6 жыл бұрын
Yeah they're probably not charging for seats, that looks like a regular studio audience which means everyone there was paid to be there. Audience member is a job, albeit probably a fun one.
@dharmaofdog76766 жыл бұрын
$5,000 for seats is a "drop in the bucket" for a production like this. Highly doubt why they added live audience. Its just a different dynamic - since they did mix men & women, maybe it is because it feels less intimate - less us viewers feeling more "fly on the wall" listening in. (which I prefer as theres no applause or laughter)

What I think would be cool - and I get that this would be controversial and sometimes it wouldn't work - is to plonk these actors and actresses in a room with some unobtrusive, almost-hidden cameras, without a moderator, and just see what happens. It'd be interesting just to see who takes control of the room, who initiates conversations, whether someone just acts as a moderator naturally...it might occasionally be boring, or stilted, but it would also lead to genuinely natural moments and would reveal their true personalities in a way that roundtables like this don't.
