I don't often like the "Actors on Actors" episodes (that I've seen--not a whole lot of them) but I completely enjoyed this one. Both Margot and Cillian take their craft so entirely seriously and treat it with such integrity. Cillian and his team are geniuses for coming up with this duo. I’ve never seen him so invested in an interview before. The dynamic between these two is amazing and you can really tell they’re well endowed in there crafts. I wish this interview was longer.

First of all: It was bound to happen, such an obvious pairing. Secondly, that's exactly why this won the voting. It happened because the public obviously wanted exactly this pairing the most.
@phoenix_teardrops5588 Жыл бұрын
Well its probably the fact that Cillian does not like the format of an interview. While this was more of a conversation.. it was also with someone who is also an actor and not just an interviewer who wants his headline. Maybe thats why he seems more organic and at ease. Also, he is genuinely interested in Margot and Barbie movie since its not his usual style so you can see that too.. plus he and Margot are meeting for the first time and both have good chemistry right off the bat.

@@shivavision23 There are tons of obvious pairings that haven’t happened yet on this channel, so I wouldn’t say “it was bound to happen” per se. Also, I’m like 99% sure that the pairings were done by Variety and the actors themselves, not the public. I’ve seen tons of people online wanting certain pairings and I have yet to see them happen yet.

Peaky Blinders has really earned it's hype. And It's also one of the few shows that has spoken out against any political party using their clips for personal gains. Im so glad Margot is a fan of the show!

In the history books when people look for what brought people back to the movies after the pandemic, Barbenheimer will be one of those phenomenons that future generations will read upon. These two should be so proud for helping bring cinema back.
@FalconPunch8319 Жыл бұрын
And not only that, but in the divided times we are living in, many people found themselves under the same common entertainment
@whorcruxed Жыл бұрын
Best part of the whole phenomenon was how it taught a lot of people you don't need to choose one of them, you could enjoy both of them and it's not just ok rather more fun. I have seen enough of Nolan fanboys trashing Barbie but this video itself is a proof how in this dividing world there's a place for every taste and even if you lie on seemingly polar ends, you can still be kind and supportive of each other.

I did the Barbenheimer movie day. It was the first time in my life I decided to watch 2 very different movies back-to-back and honestly it was amazing. I watched Barbie first and then Openheimer. I wore pink and everything, it was like an event. We as a society need good original movies back and these two proved it could be done. No more unnecessesary remakes and sequels, please!

True. I did it with friends. Yes I did Barbie first, then get an hour lunch, then watch Oppenheimer. It was good a order because I Oppenheimer needs a lot to absorbs. Both amazing. 😂

me and my boyfriend watched Oppenheimer first (because it's heavier and we wanted to watch it with a clear mind), had an hour lunch, then watched Barbie to relax. it was the best for us
