glendale dozier if you look on reddit and other KZbin comments, they debunk that the dislikes are coming from people who make bots (fake profiles) and dislike the video. There is an app where you can get free likes for your Instagram to get popular. Those likes are actually fake profiles set up by a handful of people. The same concept goes for the thandie dislikes. These people set it up to where Any KZbin video with her name tagged in the title will automatically generate dislikes. It’s happened to other people before, not just her.

I just finished watching the first season of Westworld and it kept my attention. I've been thinking about the nudity on a few different levels: first of all as an actor, you are often in scenes where you are the only naked person under what appears to be harsh lighting, like an examination room, very non-sexual. Then you have extras walking around naked in the background, guys with their stuff hanging out. I would think you'd have to want to be an actor awfully bad to do that, you know.

Nudity in Westworld is kind of odd actually. Other than Ingrid Bolso Berdal for a moment in the S1 finale, all female genital nudity is obscured by camera angles, distance, and merkins. On the other hand, the drinking game that entails taking a swig each time male genitalia is seen has been known to make more than a few folks hammered.

BadBloodwillout while you are correct about the orgy (merkins for the ladies and a combination of fully nude males and those with penile prostheses), I’m referring primarily to each time the hosts are shown in production or re-programming. Take a look, for example, at the pilot. Group shots have males with exposed genitalia, with females either positioned behind them or those without thick pubis at distance or shaded. This is noted several times elsewhere. Specifically, during the poignant scene in which Maeve is given a tour of WW, and learns of the lies she has been fed, the host nearing the end of his production is (predictably) male. One episode shows a male host’s penis up close (which to me looks prosthetic) as a “toy” of sorts for one of the female Westworld staff. They could have easily shown how female hosts are “cleaned” - but that would have involved direct visuals of female genitalia (but maybe in the future the directors will be comfortable showing that if the writers decide to work into the script the concept of using guests’ DNA in the form of ‘deposited’ semen). I could go on, but the point is that HBO is living up to their original ads for recruiting extras: males need to feel comfortable in posing fully nude at times while females are offered a merkin. Bottom line, male genitalia is shown, and female is censored. This is absolutely no cut on Thandie Newton for her bravery and superb acting; again however, HBO’s production team went through the same bizarre contortions (camera angles while she was on exam tables, shadows, etc) to avoid showing any external genitalia. Hope this helps.
