Sarah Paulson's a great actress! I definitely believe her characterizations. Petty note: I hope Lacey Rose is better at asking questions come this roundtable. None of those overdrawn questions. Instead of asking: "What was your most embarrassing moment on set?" she would be like "What was your most embarrassing moment on set, when you were like, really mortified, to the point where it humiliated you... something you don't forget that still embarrasses you, like feeling really embarrassed, the most... on set or... do you have any of those or, how about an embarrassing audition or even a moment in the industry... maybe just life in general? Anyone?"

Oh my god I can not wait for this to come out. The Olivia Pope and The Marcia Clark both at the same table. They are both great actors and interesting/smart people in general. Cant wait to hear what they have to say BUT why oh why have you left out Tatiana Maslany AGAIN. Why do you not see the excellent work this woman does, it fair out shines any of these ladies. Good job though for getting some diversity at this table as well, J Lo and Regina King. Should be an interesting discussion!!!

They probably think she's not a contender, which is bulshit, since she is being nominated every single year and critics love her. HR could make a huge difference bringing awareness to a less known show, but they're just lazy. They prefer to fill the roundtables with network stars. I'm glad Constance Zimmer is there, but why have Juliana Margulies AND Kerry Washington, who both have done these roundtables VERY recently when you could have Tatiana Maslany instead? At this point it looks like they are ignoring here on purpose.

+audreyhorne Do you think its on purpose? Why though, she does such amazing work and always seems so funny and insightful in interviews. She seems like a perfect fit for a formate such as this. The Hollywood Reporter would have to know who she is, twitter blows up everytime she is snobbed for an Emmy. Its always the biggest stroy of the day... so they would have to know of her work and I find it hard to believe that people are just amazed by her work. unless its because of scheduling I just dont understand how they have never had her on one of these Roundtable!

+Jacqueline Lane At this point it has to be on purpose. THese roundtables are nothing else than a PR machine for the big networks. Constance Zimmer is there as an exception (also, sha had a recurring role on ABC). Dunst is there because she's a big name. Everybody else is on a big network. That's why they never have any actors from independent films on. They can hive them great reviews, but never ibvite the actors or directos on one of these things. They say that they choose contenders, but they actually have a big say in deciding who becomes a contender. Tatiana is one of the finest actresses on tv and what she does on Orphan Black is incredible. It's so sad that they deny her this opportunity time and time again.

Fun fact, Ryan Murphy had a policy on all his shows (American Horror Story & Crime Story, Glee, Scream Queens) that the crew is exactly half men, half women. Kind of awesome. Not the kind of person that thinks that should be a rule or anything - we shouldn’t need a quota - but imagine how trying that with your own business will get you to kind of break the mold of what you saw as a good employee and suddenly find yourself realizing that you may have been a little biased sometimes?

I know! I understand why they have Sarah Paulson on here... she has had a breakout year, although i have always been a fan and is very funny and well spoken in these formats. Im glad they have Constance Zimmer on here as well, UnReal was a welcome suprise last year but to have everyone else I dont understand. Sandal and the Good Wife are old news. I love both these actresses but their shows have had better days as seen with The Good Wife ending suddenly and dont even get me started on Scandal... that show has lost the plot. I love Kerry Washington, she can do no wrong but the storyline on that show has gone beyond stupid, I have stopped watching this past season... its not the show I loved back in seasons 1 and 2. Maybe THR was going for diversity by having Regina King and J Lo on there, which is great, im all for but really what has J Lo done recently that has any creditable. BUT to overlook Tatiana AGAIN for the 4th year in a row is a crime. Her acting in the most recent episode 405 was a master class... better then anything all these women have done put together. I always love watching these Roundtable but every year I am disappointed that Tatiana is never among then. What else does this woman have to do to get the recognition she deserves!

+Jacqueline Lane same here. I'm glad for Paulson, Zimmer (very nice surprise) and Dunst. The others don't belong here. Scandal has been getting very bad reviews lately and Washington was on a roundtable LAST YEAR! Does she really need to be here again? The Good Wife is old news and Margulies also did one of these recently. Are the people at HR that lazy and uncreative that they cannot come up with new names? There are dozens fantastic shows out there! Dozens of fresh faces who also happen to be critically acclaimed (unlike JLo). Do your job, HR! This line up is lazy and uninspired.
