I weeped hearing this gentleman testimony. So tragic yet so powerful. The unconditional love of a father is the most beautiful thing. The despair and heartbreak his father must have been feeling. Desperately trying his hardest to protect his son in that hell. The sheer strengh he had to muster up day in, day out, while being in that hell, is a miracle in itself. His father must be remembered. Their story must be remembered. His lovely mother and sweet sister must be remembered. May their memory be a blessing.

It’s often made me wonder The ordinary German citizen who had to of known what was going on in the concentration camps or not shot and killed in the cans for liberated in the late 30s and early 40s. I didn’t see an interview with a Holocaust survivor. Paintings, music, etc. to be burned, and that nobody would be allowed to speak German language

You told the truth. I believe your testimonial. Every part of Korean historic account with meiji invasion of Korea mirrors hitler invasion of Prussian-Germany in Europe as Meiji targetted Koreans in Asia. Korean Diaspora mirrors Jewish Diaspora. Truth will be remembered. Thank you for courageously sharing your testimonial. Thank you. "Rememberance is Redemption." Thank you.

What has Korea got to do with this? I know of no other event of mass extermination of humans by other humans that involves the level of sadism, brutality, depravity expressed here

Shameful that Poles killed survivors. How low can you go. It almost happened to my husbands relatives for their property. Hatred taught and passed down. Would love to hear if modern time poles feel remorse for what their grandparents generation did and if hatred is still preached. The interviewer was respectful and had a kind demeanor tone in his voice. I just adored this survivor for many reasons. So brave and the wwherewithall to handle things at such a young age. Hatred is a dangerous weapon.

You seem to forget that Polish people were seen as 'Untermenschen' by the Germans too. They were subject to forced labour and a lot of them died in concentration camps, including many women and children. Their country was occupied by Russians and Germans and the Poles suffered a lot. There are good and bad people in every country. I do not see why the Polish people have to be ashamed of anything. Suffering is not only experienced by Jewish people but all the innocent civilians in Europe including Germans.
