Why all the background conversations before the interview? Can't you cut all that out?

There seems to be a BIG PROBLEM with some of these interviews with the Holocaust survivors. The background talking and the lack of readiness is very disturbing. Its like you are not ready and the person being interviewed is sitting there looking lost. You people need to get your act together and be professional if you expect anyone to listen. This is NOT the first time this happens. Shoah foundation Must do better with these interviews. I've been watching these for years now and some are ruined because of poor sounds, background noises, awful interviewers that have been insensitive and being rude by speaking over the survivors. Not letting them finish what they were saying is another issue. Check your equipment and your mics BEFORE you start the interview and make sure ALL IS IN ORDER. THE SURVIVORS ARE DUE A PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS INTERVIEW. YOU KNOW BETTER!!!
