10:50 I can't believe I'm typing this... but some context on Anya's "personality" and being a "sleeper build": She *is* on the small side (but not flat), you can see on her character sheet that she's not actually big and her more recent outfits more closely match her character sheet. The thing is that her debut outfit the fabric curves around her side in such a way which makes her look bigger when viewed from the front, so her rigger was tricked by that and added more "bounce".
