IIRC, it's not meant to be a drawing of Suisei, but instead a drawing of all of the frustrations Mumei had when trying to draw Suisei. IIRC other clippers show chat saying it's a drawing of Suisei, and I think at least one of the JP girls had learned the correction and was explaining it.
