you can hear the change from performer to genuinely grateful person who is trying to stay professional at 4:00 not saying any funny quips, just realizing that someone remembered and validated her feelings about an opinion that most would consider an unimportant piece of forgotten game code. it took her a full 12 seconds to collect herself and start talking again and trying to perform. and she didn't really return to being a performer until the autotune. that kind of gift is really special. congratulations to the devs for being able to understand the human well enough to break the performance mindset for a full 30 seconds.
