Next year it’ll probably be Suisei’s Top 100 songs.

At the rate she's been going, that could very well be the case!

@@SenWarchief Out of curiosity (and since you're gonna be listening to Sui's 3rd album!) I counted how many originals and covers Sui has by now (2025) and it's roughly: - Solo ori: 55 - Group ori: around 27 or more depending on if we want to count hololive anthems and special event theme songs or not - Solo covers: 26 - Group covers: 46 Yeah, so she has published 150+ music videos.

22:11 Gen 3 are amazing. Myth changed the game of course, but in some sense you could still say Gen 3 is Cover's powerhouse. They have the top 3 most superchatted channels of Hololive (Rushia, Pekora and Marine), top 3 most watched female streamer in the world (Pekora, also the member with most subscribers in HoloJP), 4 of the 5 members with more than 1 million subscribers (a feat only surpassed by Myth)... I'm always amazed by how popular they are.

I get what you mean. Myth may have changed things on an international reach, but Gen 3 was the powerhouse that changed things in JP, and still continue to charge forward.

The lower view ones (50-48) aren't on Suisei's channel. 50 - "Valentine Kiss" cover with Lupinus Knightley, Kurohane Meido, and Kuon Ran (on Lupinus' channel; Lupinus and Ran are Suisei's friends from when she was an indie) 49 - "Ai Yori Gunjo" with Natsushiro Takaaki (the writer and composer of Suisei's Bluerose) 48 - 7days is the theme song for Episodes 1-3 of the Dyschronia Chronos Alternate game 46 - Alien Alien with Sekishiro Mico and Izumi Kasumi (of 774 inc and Nijisanji, respectively) 39 - "Bring It On" cover with Lupinus 38 - Same group as Alien Alien 36 - This is with Nenechi, Asano Ruri, MaiR, and Akuma Saki from Axel-V 32 - This one is called Bye Bye Rainy 24 - "Alive Factor" cover with Asano Ruri

That explains why I haven't seen some of these while being a regular on Suisei's channel. Thanks for all the info!

Suisei just came out with her cover of Lower One’s Eyes. It’ll be in the top songs soon.

It's definitely gonna show up on the top 50 covers list

I think you might recognize the “absolute 5” from one of the older top 50 lists Number 32 was Bye bye Rainy, a another original that I think released with Dazzling if I’m not mistaken

Yeah, I do vaguely remember it so that's probably how I found it. Ooooh, I'll have to check that out. Dang, she's done A LOT

So I was making a list of favorites of favorite songs for each main company, and watching this just realized Suisei needs her own list. Might have to do the same with Calli and Ryushen probably.

Give it enough time and a handful of talents will definitely get their own dedicated lists!

Oh, gotta love the throwbacks. I've been a Suisei fan for a while but there are some I still haven't heard but the older ones are a bit feelsy. Some from the journey here. Her OG Blue Bird cover is great. And I agree, her collab with AZKi needs more love! Man, Absolute 5 took me by surprise. I was like, what is this!? When it first premiered. #34 is pure fanservice. I'm really happy this list shows love to Toko. Her partner in crime. My god, the art in Zenbu Anta No Sei is extraordinary. Seeing Suisei in that style was a treat. I played Hikaru Nara for my friend (big Your Lie in April fan) and he loved it. So, that and others I've linked I'm hoping I can welcome someone to the Hoshiyomis. Suisei and Moona absolutely killed Saikai. Every single time I hear Suisei/Sora on that D/Zeal cover it kills me. I still remember listening to that live and just being in awe. I also find myself coming back to Kakeru all the time. That song just hits so well. I was really waiting for Tenkyuu and Comet. The two songs that made me absolutely fall in love with her voice. Listening to this list is legitimately like listening to my work playlist lol. Most of these are in my playlist. Ghost is so good. Song fits many moods. All in all though, I'm very happy Tenkyuu has over 10M. As I stated before, Tenkyuu and Comet were my main pull into listening to Suisei and her becoming my favorite as well as they actually were the finishing touches on me diving headlong into this wonderful rabbit hole of Hololive.

I think it's the older songs that really get ya in a list like this. At around the 30s, most of the songs there are already pretty familiar to us. In fact, you could even call them the "regulars" since they've all made a lot of appearances on the Top 50 lists. But the stuff from 2018 feels like an alternate reality almost! The stuff with Toko is always great, and it's great to see some recognition for all their collabs. And the rest of her collabs are always special. It just instantly grabs your attention when a second name is on a cover, and it's Suisei! The D/Zeal cover is so emotional. I could barely understand the language when I first heard it, but even I could feel how much it meant. Comet is iconic for being the oldest song on here that is still a regular part of her sets! Tenkyuu was my first exposure to Suisei and I was hooked from the beginning of the rock guitar riff that was also a technique they used in the opening of Ghost! I always love hearing stories of how people fell into the rabbit hole!

Honestly I didn’t know 18 of the songs on here, I was surprised for the first few, worried I wouldn’t know half the songs lol. It’s weird to say this but quite a few of these Suisei covers are really underrated, especially the ones from her pre-hololive days.
@SenWarchief3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I didn't know too much of the earlier songs, but around halfway, it was the stuff we're all a lot more familiar with. And those view counts from her early days are definitely surreal

some of the old ones are with her friends who shes super close and supported her since the start of her vtuber career and yeah her old model so nosta back then when i discover her by chance searching a vtuber cover song see her live with only around 200+ viewer but now look at her shes one of the most famous vtuber in thenet now

It's always really nostalgic to be able to look back at the early beginnings of the bigger names when you realize that at a certain point, they also had to start from the bottom. Of course, the landscape now has changed such that newly debuting Hololive members usually have 100k to start, but that definitely wasn't the case for Suisei!
@tiki22543 жыл бұрын
I've flexed my knowledge of hololive songs plenty, but even I didn't know 3 of the songs on here. Suisei is something else man.

Maybe this might sound weird but the first song I heard from Suisei is the Champagne one and it's from Top 72 hololive songs by HoloSings. I may be a hololive fan before that vid but I mostly watching and listening to Fubuki and Aqua.
