Spreading INFINITE DISEASES with HUGS - Total War Warhammer 3

As a new Triple A game that just launched, Total War Warhammer 3 has some very breakable mechanics that don't exactly work as intended. Namely, the faction of PAPA NURGLE and the fun loving plague hug-lords have some broken interactions with plagues and spreading disease. Not to mention the fact that I've invented the most surefire way to quite literally do nothing and win every battle, so enjoy!

I gonna give you a little bit of lore Ku’gaath is probably Nurgle‘s favorite son because he drank every illness and disease in the world after he fell off of Nurgle’s shoulder into his huge mixing pot of disease (nurgles idea of love is sickness and disease so when his son drank it all he saw it as a sign of love) that’s also how he turned into a great unclean one from a nurgling and so now Ku’Gaath’s whole life It’s dedicated to remaking that disease but his OCD prevents him from seeing the perfections and only allows him to see the flaws so he is always unhappy after millennia of trying to remake it

Hmm, Tzeentch is Nurgle's bitter rival, not Slaanesh. And its Khorne that hates Slaanesh. Then again, all Chaos Gods hate all of their brothers, but they all have their most hated. Nurgle even have a technology that gives him better relation with Slaanesh and Khorne because he wants to ally with them against Tzeentch.

For anyone not familiar with the lore, the reason for this is that each Chaos God embodies particular traits (some of them strangely positive), and therefore hates the God that embodies the opposite of those traits. Khorne, while being bloodthirsty to the point of insanity, is honest as all hell: he'd never stab you in the back and hates liars and traitors. So, naturally, the Great Schemer Tzeentch is his most hated enemy. He also thinks magic is cowardly, similarly to how samurai hate guns: proud warriors fight face to face and all that. Tzeentch is the Changer of Ways and oddly the Harbinger of Hope, hating nothing more than stagnation and despair. Which is kind of Nurgle's thing, so they hate each other. Slaanesh is the new kid on the block so doesn't really have much in the way of rivalries just yet, but given how Khorne likes battle and murder he greatly dislikes the idea of just tempting your enemies into giving up and serving you without a fight - and naturally Slaanesh just LOVES teasing their older siblings. The Chaos Gods spend so much time fighting each other that there's a semi-canon fifth Chaos God called Malice in WH40K lore who embodies rebellion, anarchy, nihilism and destruction for its own sake: supposedly when the Chaos Gods fight, it's Malice's influence that causes it. Ideologically, Malice is the enemy of Chaos Undivided. I guess the closest in Fantasy is Bel'akor, given how he's been forced to serve Chaos Undivided and wants nothing more than to rise up against both the Everchosen and the Chaos Gods.

@@Stolanis Correction: Khorne hates Tzeentch, sure, but hates Slaanesh even more. I can't remember which of the clusterfuck of different canon statuses it is, but in 40k Khorne supposedly saved some of the fragments of Khaine from Slaanesh's birth/awakening that killed and ate most of the Aeldari gods, more or less because fuck 'em.

@@BirchMonkey857 I think it's a combination of Slaanesh's creation and the fact that Slaanesh has a little overlap with her domains, such as Perfection and Obsession, so she also tempts great warriors to follow her in the hope they'll become even greater, thats kind of Lucious the Eternal's thing after all, he's a great and skilled warrior that Khorn may have been happy to have serving him, but he serves Slaanesh. So basically Khorn hates that Slaanesh does the deception and backstabbing that falls into the category of stuff Tzeentch would do and also hates that she tempts warriors by feeding into their pride, desires, and obsessions. Plus he probably also hates that there's no honor in what she does, she targets any and everyone and pushes them to commit horrible atrocities against anyone and everyone from the youngest child to the oldest and most crippled man.

I remember watching a video where a great unclean one in warhammer fantasy performs an attack by bending over and literally projectile shits on the enemies near it, you can almost see the fear in the eyes of the men as it winds up to perform this attack.

I don´t know why, but papa Nurgle is one of my most favourite god. Also the nurglings are (even though VERY deadly), mischievous and even while everyone else lives in misery or pain, they are having (maybe short) fun of their life. Especially in lore with their traveling circus where nurglings are masquerade and love to scare people and children. Also - do you know that joke about plague? No? Well, i won´t tell you - you might SPREAD it.

I’m going back rewatching your Warhammer vids and god I will be happy when I get TW:W3 because right now I only got 1 an 2. The settlement battles are a damn nightmare but fun if you know what to do. When I played TW:W for the first time ever, manually fighting settlement battle was and still is a pain in the ass. 3:25 - 5:00 this is what got me to say this rant
