The knee vs elbow discussion is like the arms vs legs discussion, in the end of the day none is really better, every each one has pros and cons that the other can cover, meaning the entire body is one big weapon, and not just simply one type of limb, so none is "superior", just a part of a bigger whole, aka, the Human Body. Set up kicks with punches, set up punches with fake knees (superman punch), setting up elbows with roundhouses, setting up knees with grabs, etc etc.

For me I think elbow is the strongest cause you can make different attacks using it and it's also very lethal than normal punches and by doing a elbow drop on someone's face, it could literally cause serious damage, but on the knees it's the same as it is strong but one flaw is that we can only move the knee in the forward and backward position, and yes it's hard to reach certain areas of a person to get your knee in but the only places it would hit are the stomach because it's hard to get a hold of someone's head to line directly on your knee and also the knee can serve as an guard when someone is trying to fight back by blocking using your knee when someone's doing a kick by folding the knee and leg, you can create a super strong guard to protect you, but it would lead the knee to be useless since you only have your hands now to use to fight back And in all, I think both of them are strong in their own way but basically elbow is stronger than knee

Not really, they are part of body and there is no better or worse between knee and elbow. But people do fear elbow more than knee.
