What materials are used for this killflash? Can it withstand impacts like 6mm bbs at at least 2Joules? Looks great!

Nope it will work as well as the glass aems cover. I just shot both with a jag pitviper Hi Capa gbb. Both failed but the optic was fine.

I Gently sanded the edges. Still won't go down all the way. He needs to do some "quality control".

Doubled...Tripled checked. However mine will NOT open more than about 1/3 of the way then it stops and you cannot open it fully.
