Holsters for Tisas Double Stack 1911 and MAC9DS

We have found that most 2011 holsters are compatible with the MAC9DS and Tisas Double Stack 1911 holsters. Anything specific for a Staccato might experience some fitment issues. Thank you to Jeff at RDR Gear as well as Dark Star Gear for helping us out.

Thanks for this info. I have the Duty. Picked up the Darkstar Apollo for IWB. Also wanted to give a shoutout to NERD for holster options. I picked up a Sly OWB level 2 (for Staccato XC with light) for use with a TLR-1 HL and at least with the light version it works great and they got it to me in a timely fashion. Just a sidenote: I freaking love the DS9 Duty, thanks for bringing them in.

Good suggestion with the SLY holster. It looks easier to shop for than the Safariland (cheaper too).

I got myself a Blackhawk T series L2C for the tisas carry with no light. Fits perfect. It said it was for Colt 1911 with rail.

What weapon light? If its not tlr1 or x300 youll be searching for a long time. Look at tenicor

Also look at Tier1 Concealed. I have the MAC 9 1911 DS, with a Streamlight TLR1-HL light and currently use the Tier1 IWB MSP holster. The holster is based in the actual light, so numerous handguns work. @CraigSummers

@@vw2vtec thats gonna be tough. When you add pistol lights, outside of x300 or tlr1, you severely limit your holster options. Thats with any make/model

A kydex molded holster that is stacatto specific has a different rail geometry than other 1911 double stacks.
