I think it’s actually a good thing this is released first because it wouldn’t be as appreciated if this was released after a supposed CvS Collection which I do want as well. SVC Chaos SNK vs. Capcom did came out on PS2 (PlayStation 2) a while back, so SNK gets a chance to release it again but on PS4 backward compatible with PS5.

These games are getting released after a big delay on physical, and they are doing a great job at that, they have multiple editions in newer style or Neogeo casing, with a lot of extra goodies. Pretty much to double dip for the people that love them (and that's fine). So keep your eyes out, I don't think they are getting released from limited run (at least not in Australia.) As for CvS2 it's made by capcom it has to be through them, but seeing this, means they already have a great relationship now about collabs once again (with sf6 and now this, we can only hope for a versus collection).

@@Deezo187 does it work or is it a scam? Lowering it from level 4 mostly gives you a cpu that will spam projectiles like Sagat's Tiger whats bad is if you jump you'll get uppercuts and its response time is automatic/instantaneous.

The reason these games haven't been on Xbox has something to do with the MT Framework Engine being hard to port to it. That's why Marvel vs Capcom is technically a PS4 release that works on PS5 thru backwards compatibility.

@@armandomorales0921 it's not about power and being able to "handle it." Capcom doesn't have MT Framework optimized or supported for XBox or PS5. MTF is their old game engine (they use RE Engine now for most everything). Switch and PS4 have had MTF games on them (that's why there is no PS5 version and it only runs thru backwards compatibility). Google it, other people will explain it better than me. I first heard this explanation given in a Maximilian Dood video. I think the reason these games have to run in this engine has to do with these being arcade ports and MTF runs them best or something.

I'm honest with you, what you're saying has no excuse. Those games can easily be run on a cell phone. I believe that Sony helped prevent those games from appearing on the Competition between two old fighting games from different Japanese companies has no excuse and even more so if you want future deliveries you have to launch those old games on the largest devices currently Sony is surely creating unfair competition for the consumer because they force you to buy that I play on your console, in my case I'm going to do it Buying from Nintendo, I don't support anything from Sony because they are ultimately anti-consumer, currently raising prices in Turkey, Sony games are worth 84 dollars, it's a theft.

@@nerto5425 I posted a long response that never posted here. MT Framework is not supported for PS5 or Xbox. MT Framework is Capcoms old engine that they've phased out in favor of RE Engine. MT Framework has PS4 and Switch support and already has games running on them. It isn't an issue of a system being not powerful enough to run MT Framework but rather compatibility within the engine (this is why to play this collection on a PS5 you have to run backwards compatibility from the PS4 release of the game). The reason they use MT Framework for these arcade collections is being they share DNA with the systems that ran the arcade boards, so it runs them best. Google it, they're articles that explain this better than me. I first heard about it in a Max Dood video.

Awe, come on, Mad, don't buy SNK vs. Capcom for the Switch. Switch controllers are total dog water man. I mean, you just said you weren't feeling it back in 2003. You really aren't going to be feeling it with that God awful control pad. Plus... that's like going against the spirit of the game. The Neo Geo AES/MVS represented the pinnacle of gaming in the 4th generation. It's the kind of game you want to get the very best picture quality you can and at a guaranteed rock solid 60FPS, no compromises. I will be buying this game for our PS5. Addendum- I wish it was being released on the Series X. The D-pad on a Series X controller is the very best on the market today.
