Does the holy selection fairies in the banner resettable or switchable to another holy fairy? Or once i select the holy fairy i want, the selected holy fairy will permanently selected and have to wait the next holy banner?

Once you selected a fairy from the event, you cannot change to other fairy. Need to wait for next banner.

I put sakura first since it gives me addtional pierce % with her active skill. Also, Sakura can stun enemies with no delay. I ranked Lycoris next to Sakura because of her stun delay and sometimes it does not aim properly. But if you manage to hit it, stun duration is good. Next twin lotus since it gives you a lot of Atk stats especially if you upgrade and ascend her. Her active skill is good also and gives %dmg bonus but good for pve only. Gypsophila and Laurel are somewhat the same but I would put Gypso first over Laurel since Gypso has passive skills. 👍 Hope this guide helps!
