I don't know what strongholds your dealing with but I will keep you in my prayers. I have two quotes that may be of help: Obey God and leave All the consequences to Him. And the other is It is always better to be truthful Before Holy God, who sees everything, then to enjoy the benefits of being deceitful. Stay close to King Jesus, He Loves You so very very much.
