Hi Ashley my bible sis, this was such an engaging video. Unfortunately, I live VERY far from a gym, so as much as I would love to go to the gym, I am unable to do so. I do appreciate what God is doing for me everyday, but I do hope for a change in my circumstances, so I can access a gym. I just stretch for 30 mins every morning, as it is very hot where I live, so it is hard to do a home workout 😅. As long as I delight myself in the lord, he will give me the desires of my heart (psalm 37:4)❤ Your content is genuinely helping me to delight myself in the lord. 🙌

Another good start I would like to recommend because it’s what changed the game for me- Seamless Bible study. It goes through the whole Bible in 6 weeks so you understand it chronological. Understanding it chronologically and seeing how it all connects blew my mind. It’s when things really started being clear for me.

Soo true!! When I start walking with Jesus.. it was so difficult for me to read my bible because from old testament verses are not easy to understand soo I started reading my bible from new testament (Book of John, roman, act, Matthew) and boom I was able to understand a lot more also it helped me growing my faith in jesus... Just started to walk seriously with Jesus again in March and stepped out of my lukewarm era. ( 4 months and loving every minute of the good and bad because our father is amazing!) John is actually more difficult to understand as it has a complex theology. It is also the youngest gospel. It might not be as cool to say but I’d recommend to start with the gospel of Mark (it is the historically oldest, and also the shortest so good for beginners), from there you can build upon with Matthew and Luke (keeping in mind that Acts belongs to Luke as they have the same author), and then John. For busy people, a psalm a day would be already a good starting point. By doing that you’ll have 150 days/psalms to build a routine.

Pro tip for reading the Bible!!! Ashley said it but for real…if you read the Bible for a really long time and you want to read 30 pages a day and you do it, you’re probably going to be burned out by day 3. Take it one step at a time and make it a manageable amount for your life 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

I love this bc “feet on the floor comment bc if my anger is surpassed a certain level I will close my eyes to destress. There are days I woke up rested but other day I woke up in actual sometimes acutely pain bc of cortisol and mental health meds.
