The Chanel rouge coco shines do not last an hour on my lips. Pretty much every lipstick doesn't work for me there. Either too glittery, too matte or doesn't last:(

I totally agree with you about the Naked pallets. They are both amazing, but I would totally go with the first one. I feel like the colors are better paired and I don't have to think about what colors would look good together nearly as much as I do with the second pallet.

I am absolutely addicted to Tarte's SmolderEyes....specifically in Brown. The absolute BEST for a quick, matte smokey-brown eye. You look radiant!! I love your makeup...very natural but put-together (:

ive noticed the preference between naked palletes is always different depending on skin tone, darker and tanner girls usually prefer the first and it is because they are warm-toned colors. Lighter girls prefer the second primarily because they are cool-toned eyeshadows.

This is a great video! I've purchased many of your recommendations since I found your Chanel, and I've never once been disappointed. You are my favorite guru, hands down. Bobbi Brown matte bronzer and brush changed my life. Well, like in a makeup way. I must try white Russian now. if you love gel eyeliners, you should definitely try the YSL faux cils gel eyeliner or even the inglot gel matte eyeliners. i looooved the YSL one over MAC, bobbi brown, clinique, etc because nothing used to stay on my water line and not drop.. until the YSL one.. but i know it can kind of be pricey. then my aunty let me have her inglot one because she doesn't like black eyeliner and it's even better and only $12!! soooo good. staying power is freaking amazing :) totally worth a try!

Shiseido has amazing lipsticks, if you like the glossy finish of the coco rouge youll love the shimmering rouge lipsticks shiseido makes!

Benefit Creaseless Cream shadows are amazing, so are the new Ready eyeshadows, blushes & bronzers by Bare Minerals. In fact, the ready eyeshadows are extremely similar to Nars and way cheaper. The Buxom gel liner is a lot like the Bobbi Brown & Mac, and MUFE has great lip liners

Have you tried the Clinique Chubby Sticks? They're moisturizing lip balms that don't dry out and not too shiny. I've liked them better than Tarte. And I believe they're significantly cheaper!

I'm so glad you introduced me to Buxom's White Russian. I absolutely LOVE it!!! I like to wear it with NARS lipstick in Barbarella, the combination is perfect for Spring/Summer. I also like to wear it alone for a more natural look!

galapagos and tempting are different- galapagos is darker and less orangey. Buckweat or Handwritten(though it doesn't have the shimmer) are closer.

Just subbed and was happy to see this kind of video in my new box. I am happy to say I have some of the products you mentioned and we are the exact same color in Nars Sheer Glow and MUFE HD foundation. However, my Sephora does not carry Bobbi Brown. I usually have to go to Bloomingdales for that

Love my Dior Amber Diamond & I use it as shadow sometimes too!! My fav blushes are Tarte's Peaceful for a natural look, and flush, natural beauty and achiote for berry flush. Im NC45 so those rock on me.

For those people out here that don't want to spend a whole lot on the Nars Sheer Glow, one of my other fave MUA here on KZbin talked about the exact dupe of it which is Neutrogena Healthy Skin. I had both at one time so I could test and see how similar they were. They were exact and I have been using the Neutrogena ever since and love it. I was also Punjab in Nars and that would be #60 in the Neutrogena Healthy Skin. Just type in dupe for Nars Sheer Glow and you can see some of the vids.

The only Sephora where I live is in JcPenney and it sucks because they don't carry Laura Mercier or Bobbi Brown or most of the high end brands and recently they got rid off some of the skincare products... I wonder if it's the same at all JC Penney sephora's. Either way you gave me some great ideas of what to get when I go to CA in July! :)

Hi... I own both the shadows.. They are totally different from each other.. Tempting is golden.. Galapagos is is like a combination of embark and smut with shimmers.. There is no dupe for Galapagos.. It is an awesome shadow.

The Bobbi Brown Bronzer has a lot less product than you would expect, and so you end up hitting pan a lot faster. It makes you feel like "Yes! I'm using up my purchase" but really, it's just that there isn't much of it. I've been through two lol... i love it

You're right about the Nars. I really wish I wouldn't have bought orgasm as my first Nars blush. I actually don't like it too much. I feel that it's way too sparkly and I'm not a huge fan of that. Oh well. Do you have dollface in the Tarte amazonian clay blushes? It's been my go to blush for months. It's just the perfect pink, I think anyways. I have a huge dent in both of my Tarte blushes, both exposed and in dollface. They're amazing!

Bobbi Brown - great foundations for sensitive skins, great color range and finishes and stuff MUFE - Aqua Eyes 23L great champagne color for the waterline, HD blush is great value for money, lipstick very creamy & pigmented Too Faced - Great blushes and bronzers, shadow insurance, glitter glue, great shadows Clinique, not sure if its a sephora brand in the US, but their BB cream is amazing!

Hi Michele, have you tried the hourglass Concealer for under eyes? I think it's called hidden corrective or something. I'm just wondering if the Bobbi brown concealer is better. I use the Bobbi brown extra eye repair cream and I'm thinking it may be too emollient cause imy hourglass concealer just melts away during the day :/

Where'd you get the pump for the sheer glow? My sephora didn't seem to sell the pumps, how much are they going for now? I own both the Sheer Glow and the MUFE HD, love them both but I always pour out too much of the sheer glow, hate wasting it at $55 Canadian. The NARS cream shadows haven't been on the Sephora site in a while so I'm not sure if they're still selling them.
