Bby mama / daddy culture is so normalized in Black America that divorced bw who had all their children while married and married bw with kids are STILL reffered to as "baby mama's" and I hate that with a passion. I'm in my 40's, married, and child-free and [black] people look at me like there's something wrong with me for having a husband but not having a baby! This community is backazzwards🙄

Ex wives with kids, widowed women with kids, and women with out of wedlock kids are single mothers. But only the women with out of wedlock kids are baby mamas. Yes, ppl are really calling women who are single mothers due to divorce or widowhood “baby mamas.” My mother was a single mother due to separation, then divorce from her husband and father of her kids. My mother was never a baby mama. No shade to the baby mamas, but ex wives and widowed women aren’t baby mamas.

Let’s be honest, Keke Palmer has the Tyler Perry “light bill” mentality. She was on social media telling her millions of followers who are black women to prioritize a man’s characteristics than financial stability. Steve Harvey tried to warn her but she made excuses. I really hope she learned her lesson.

I don't blame Keke for not listening to Steve, but I do blame her for telling her young impressionable followers, mostly who are BW, that it was okay to date men who didn't have money. That was some BS, because by then Keke KNEW Daruis didn't have a good character; yet Keke chose to dig her heels in and pretend as of Steve's advice didn't fit her situation. On that, LYING to young black girls, Keke should be called out for.
@Lucy-dx8rc
@Lucy-dx8rc 11 ай бұрын
@@RAJOHN-ke7mc Keke definitely should have listened to Steve, but in her defense, it wasn't ONLY Steve, whom Keke received advice from. We're talking about the black community here. On Monday, Steve told Keke to not date broke m3n, but the previous week, Keke had already: heard 10 different podcasts; watched 5 different KZbin channels and 3 different black tv series; read 25 different think-pieces; listened to 3 black celebrities, 1 Sunday sermon, and 2 m@le cousins who quoted Kevin Samuels, all advising Keke to date broke black m@les. For every Steve Harvey, the black community pushes 100 anti-hypergamy messages such as: "Struggle-Love, is still Love"; "Character matters, Money doesn't"; "Build a Ninja"; "We gots to keep birthing black babies for the revolution"; "A woman's career doesn't make her successful, her having a man does"; "Sistas, eff your List; If all a man can do is pay the Light bill, that is enough"; and, "I'm a black woman and a successful lawyer; I would date a bus driver". With neverending messaging that pushes BW to make life decisions based on what benefits, black m3n, not black women, it's not surprising that Keke didn't heed Steve's advice. All that ⬆️ nonsense, is what Keke, since birth; has been conditioned to believe is the most noble option, the most Pro-black family option, and black women's ONLY OPTION, because don't nobody want you ugly, Nappy-headed, masculine, mouthy black b*tches, but black m3n, so submit to the world's most desired m@les. Tell me Keke has never heard one of those gifts from the black community. I can't judge Keke, solely on her not taking Steve's advice, because unfortunately, his advice wasn't the ONLY advice Keke was given. While Steve's advice would have most benefitted Keke, it's not the advice that is most promoted or the loudest(check out how even some of Steve's audience members, loudly agreed with Keke🤦🏿‍♀️). Sadly, but typically, Keke's decision to get with a broke mutha was cemented 10 years before she ever sat on Steve's couch. 🤷🏿‍♀️

Keke was on social media stating that it was alright to have a child the way she did, IF the man is of good character. The problem is, she was involved in a DV situation when she was promoting her relationship. Steve Harvey and others tried to tell her how to find a good man, but she wasn't interested. I don't see her as a victim. I think it's low self esteem. It's not as if she didn't know. She was hell bent on doing things her way. This doesn't make her a bad person, but I've met women like this. All the signs are there. All the advice is there. But they go ahead and put themselves in the most ridiculous situations, anyway. Some people have to learn how to navigate through life, the hard way.

Keke is not a victim of her choice to birth a child with a bum, but she IS A VICTIM of violence. Keke's choice to birth with a bum, doesn't then make her not a victim when a man abuses her. That said, what Steve and Keke disagreed about is Steve wanted Keke to date WEALTHY Men, Steve's emphasis on the men being wealthy. Keke pushed back on Steve hooking her up with WEALTHY men, not GOOD men. Keke insisted(which was some BS and stupidity), that she preferred to date regular everyday men because they nicer. So while Keke deserves ALL THE SMOKE for choosing Daruis, Keke DID NOT reject dating GOOD men; Keke rejected WEALTHY men because she felt poorer men were nicer.🤦🏿‍♀️

Hollyweird do have set up marriages and relationships. Ive always loved and admired Keke accomplishments, independent, private life. I loved that she was getting a bag. Keke keeps a job. If one listens to HG, he is clear what creates a Narcissist, chiefly its genetic & a lack of a controlled environment. Currently, about 15% of the US population are estimated to be Narcs, from my extended family, I have seen that Black men have a much higher incidence of Narc behavior than their non-black counterparts.

At the 1/2 way point: I love your content, I feel represented & I feel seen & heard on your channel. You're providing the explanation for The Styling And Her Persona As A CELEBRITY. The part that I feel you're not addressing is THIS: A ABUSIVE MAN is out to destroy you financially. How does he destroy a celebrity? PUBLIC SHAMING, PUBLIC EMBARRASSMENT & HUMILIATION, he becomes such The jerk that NO ONE wants to WORK WITH HER because HE'S attached to HER and it could ruin HER CAREER. THEN she's financially stuck BECAUSE he positioned HER to be that way ALL THE MORE handicapping her FINANCIALLY.
@tamiekaaugusta4058
@tamiekaaugusta4058 11 ай бұрын
Let's REMOVE CELEBRITY HERE, and replace this with Tina who works at the bank, or Jo Anne who works at the call center, or Rasheeda who's the receptionist at the law firm, or Michelle an executive, or Katrina who is a partner at a law firm. Now imagine you're out of work ABUSIVE MAN SHOWING UP TO YOUR JOB AND ATTACKING YOU IN FRONT OF EVERYONE OF YOUR COLLEAGUES. Unless she has built a tribe in her workplace that will fiercely fight to protect her and get her out of that situation. THE CULTURE OF A BUSINESS at its core & nature is to do WHAT'S BEST FOR THE BUSINESS. While laws & LEGAL protections are in place, eyes are on HER, & what can certainly come with that. HAVING HER THERE MAY literally be seen AS A LIABILITY TO EVERYONE ELSE AROUND & their overall safety. IF she is lucky & fortunate TO GET AWAY FROM HIM & STAY EMPLOYED AT THAT COMPANY, they probably would give Her A Different Position, & PAY FOR HER MOVE & RELOCATION COSTS TO GET HER AWAY FROM THAT MAN, & out of THAT city or state. I have seen & experienced this in my own family, & then AGAIN as an adult, when I witnessed it on the job as well. OUR INITIAL COLLECTIVE THOUGHTS were "what if he comes up here AGAIN, & it becomes an active s******ter situation, or he does harm to the property with us in it, etc." There was a story of a woman in the news less than 2 months ago, who worked at a car dealership & she made very good money. Her Child's Father/ex-boyfriend showed up like he was "making amends" with her, brought her coffee, then he pulled out a g*n AND he un-alived her in front of ALL of those people. BOTH were of "the community". I know it is long: I hope that this can contribute to us as BW to hear & maybe see through this lense on why WE MUST do better in our taking heed to your warning, & I put this here to give a REMINDER that THIS is NOT far removed from average non celebrities either in abuse.

This XY should not have access to his son under any circumstances, including supervised. He is NOT to be around children period. If he can fight the mother of his child and talk about wild animals eating their children... He strikes me as a person who would not hesitate to hurt support staff and the baby, if he had the chance. This is a man who has nothing left to loose and doesn't care! The fact that I even have to say this!..... Kekes brand and career may have been manufactured by her mother. Her mother saw she was talented and has made sure that her daughter is successful, which is wonderful. However, I've often wondered, if Keke has special needs sometimes.... Some people do and need well intentioned, consistent support from people who understand and can protect them. Her mom has other family and children to raise so Keke probably has been left to her own devices now, to navigate the world. I don't think she is capable of being fully on her own. Atleast not yet. I've seen people who "physically" do not look like they have special needs. However behind closed doors.... You will see and notice it. I speak from personal experience as a "high" functioning person with special needs.

Just to be clear, are you saying that a woman should not date a man who is not in her financial bracket or does not have the same social status? If that's the case, I kind of agree with you, but don't forget to mention that if a women is in the top 1%, she only has 1% of men to choose from. If a man is in the top 1%, he still has 99% of women to choose from. KeKe choose a bad partner, but it has nothing to do with his tax bracket or social status. If you are telling women to only date men who are better off than them, then you should spend more time teaching them how to compete in the dating market. The more successful a women is, the smaller her dating pool becomes.

Wrong . Statistics show lower income men have greater issues including abuse. She has a selection, but she doesn't want to deal with those issues. She knows that she won't be in charge. Look at Rihanna and ASAP

I believe Candace Owen's got engaged after 19 days...I hope we have the same smoke for her when she gets divorced which is likely based off of the current divorce rates.

Why are some people so invested in doing something that clearly isn't working well reject something that isn't perfect, but clearly works a bit better? But go 'head sis, do you.

@@kittykatz4001I just don't recall the 5 minute conversation when Candance got engaged. We seem to be less critical of bw when their relationships fail with non black men. I wasn't referring to marriage but I don't expect the cancer to be able to see past her worldview.

@@DustyBanditRepellant I actually just did a video about the breakup of Jodie Turner Smith (also five minutes) and Tamar Braxton. Just scroll down a bit on my videos and you'll find it.

Black man here ✌. Before you and your subscribers rip me to shreds I'm 41, no children, no criminal record. I have a good job and a business that is off the ground but I still have work to do before I can work for myself exclusively (3 to 4 years at most). All my life I have had non-black women give me good energy and attention. My family(the black women) would kill me if I dated out but to be honest it seems a lot easier to date other women. Since you have divested from black men I need some pointers on divesting from black women.

Yeah. BM with your “story” are as numerous as grains of sand in the Sahara Desert. Go and date whomever you wish to date. Go to the BW black love channels and share this message there also. Don’t be “stingy.” If you don’t know the names of those channels, I can provide the links to them. Spread this message to the BW who need to hear it.

Just tell your family how it is and that it isn't personal against them. They love you and will get used to it with time. Just don't talk about hating black women. They'll be fine.

Just stay away from black women and girls. - don’t ask for money 💰 - don’t molest our girls - do not hit a black woman or girl 💪🏿 - move out of your mothers house this is crucial 🧹 - if you’ve damaged a black woman’s credit, you need to repair it 💳 - if you are harmed by the police encourage black women to stay home and safe rather than use us as human shields 🛡 - do not use black sons as your drug mules 🐴 - keep our name out your mouth 👄 - take the others with you 🚪
