They said in an interview that during one of the final tech runs Jeff got so bored of the candy puns he was just pulling any random candy out of his pocket even if it was wrong, then replacing the name of the sweet in the pun with whatever he'd pulled out..

the total number of candy bars/boxes/bags used in the play was approximately 33, not including the Nuclear Warhead. If each one cost $1.50, that's 49.50 dollars spent on CANDY ALONE! and i think Fun Dip is becoming really expensive these days, so probably at least 50 bucks. I wonder who got all the candy after.
