They had that thing since wrath. That passive talent existed since vanilla but was % chance to resist and in wrath all % chance to resist turned into reduced duration which for me was much better.

Lightsmith is going to be insane if you pair with with a dps's cds. In m+ when played right Hpal can pull almost 2m dps on packs. Obviously that won't translate completely to pvp, but the "rewarding meaningful gameplay" component is def there and looks awesome! *edit* I'm referring to melee wings build with Lightsmith as well. I am hoping it's nasty!

Maybe i am confused but in the prepatch notes, daybreak has been removed and toll and wings now procs the effect daybreak had, but this is beta and he has day break??
