One thing that was added in this week's pre-patch: three new colors for the Stormrider set from the War Within pre-order. Players who pre-ordered the heroic or epic edition will be able to pick up a quest in the southern point of Valdrakken, requiring you to collect 50 storm spirts from any mob accross the Dragon Isles, and you get rewarded with the three recolored sets. Silver&gold, Bronze&brown, and Black&red. Edit: The next part to unlock the lightning version of them is to collect 500 of the Storm Spirits. Thanks to the Warband system, this quest can be done across all characters on your account, continuing where one left off

Delves are definitely a huge deal. finally a Casual Endgame pillar of progression, not locked behind Group Content. i want to be one of the first to get that Achievement for Soloing the 13th Delve.

I'm a bit skeptical on how the m+ changes will play out but we'll have to wait and see. Other than that, all of the other features are very promising, and of course very welcome! If I were to nitpick, I'd like the flying method switching to be instant/1 gcd, like changing druid forms or paladin auras, since 5 seconds could get annoying if you switch regularly.

I was looking for that silhouette option for a long time yesterday, I had seen it previewed and I knew I wanted to enable it. I hate when I am running around and suddenly there are giant tree branches covering my whole camera and I can't see anything that is happening but a few floating nameplates. This way I can still at least see where my character is in relation to those nameplates. Game changer.

At long last M+ is removing the one sided punishing affixes and replacing them with opportunities to buff yourself and your group if played correctly. Cant wait to try out the new systems now! The video forgot to mention about transmog new thing. That the players will be able to save transmog from loot, even when the armor type of the item will not the same as ure character. And I think the same thing will gonna work with weapons as well. That kind of thing will help a lot, when we farm for transmogs.

I wish that, when it comes to story time raiding, it could reward the cosmetics of gear from the various difficulties that purely go into the collection tab save for maybe the legendary gear like the Fyrrak axe for example and such. Not gear set bonuses from these, but gives people an easier method to earn mogs if they don't care for gear. Maybe having mog drop chances for story mode be on the daily reset instead of weekly or something. Or maybe added quests that can reward it or something, similar to the quest from Odyn in Hall of Valor where collected essences from Helya's forces.

ad 6) earthen neutrality: at this point of game just make every race neutral .... lore wise there would 100% be humans wanting to be part of horde and orcs being part of alliance .... so I think every race should just pick which side they want to be on ... they dont need to be represented too much in cities and the NPC leaders would still be from core faction races .... it would even make great lore options for shifting NPCs ... Saurfang could be considered Allliance when he betrayed sylvanas, or they could do temporary horde split into sylvanas horde and saurfang horde (not just quests, but actually make it feel different)

What I want to see is the option to scale yourself down to a lower level so you can experience quests from older expansions without oneshotting everything and I want to see a complete rework of the darkmoon faire with interesting games and meaningful rewards to a point where you see more players at the faire than in the hub because it's actually benefitial and it's actually an EVENT worth being at. Maybe you can que as a raid group for a raid sized game or as a normal group for a dungeon sized game and the games are going to be similar to what you know from squidgame, fall guys and mario party

Nice list, looking forward to all the changes and additions. Seems like they are adding alot of ways to play solo (even tho its an mmo), so u can do dungeons/raids as a solo player or with a few friends.... plus npc bots apparently which can play the basics of their class or role. Will be interesting to see how that plays out. The new race and racials are pretty interesting too. And Warbands will be a huge improvement and help when u have multiple alts.

That´s the real thing about mmo these days I guess. MMOs are not played like 15 years ago when we had the time to really commit to the game. For example I don't have any friends to play with simple because everyone either don't have money to spend or the time. This at least brings me a few options to play the game.

BUt the lack of social aspect and making friends does suck..... always used to have a convo in dungeons but now u just rush and stay quiet. But the fact that they are planning to add bots into the game in TWW, like actual bot npcs who can play any role and act like real players..... it will make playing solo even easier, but also kinda weird that you might have 4 other people using some AI bot tech to beat the dungeon..... and can dps heal, or tank which is wild to me.

I only use sky riding to get somewhere quick. If travelling long distances, I set mount on normal flying then auto fly, so I can tab out and do other things

@@theflaxxensaxxentake1874 not trying to invalidate your choice BUT you can do the same thing *faster* with dragon riding, just spent all your vigor to get as high as you can and angle yourself slightly downward to where you want to go, you get the same effect but you'll arrive faster than normal flying, ill do it all the time, i actually do the oposite, if im doing open world farming for rep/worlddrops etc on my druid i usually go fro classic flying for the very small distances like 100 meter and less, the druid flightform is instant cast and mobs die to one hit anyways so it would be a massive waste of vigor

I would have liked dragonriding a lot better if it wasn't forced on us in dragonflight. Whether its a short or long trip, i like to just turn towards my target and just fly towards, usually turning the camer to check my surroundings or to watch my mount move. Also, if i'm out somewhere dangerous and need to leave the computer for a bit (like bathroom) i just mount up, and hover high in the air and return exactly where i was at. I do like dragonriding, the races are fun and it felt great climbing up to get all the glyphs. But i just want choice, removing it is always a step back

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the expansion will bring the following: 1. Flying (but cooler) 2. A new allied race - another dwarf 3. Doing an easier version of raids for no reward 4. Dungeons but smaller and faster - aka dElVeS 5, Different hero talents from the 1000th time 6. Account progression which pretty much every mmo had it and wow should've implemented it around 2012? So basically the only interesting addition is delves? And that's a stretch. Really now, how is this sold as an expansion?

The warband thing is not THAT great for transmog as if you loot death knight linked tier set as a mage in Sargeras for example, you will not be able to transfer it nor unlock the transmog, same goes for classic raids and warlords of draenor
