I have a couple of serious questions to anyone who reads this comment. 1. Do you need to have a law license to be a judge? I ask because I know for a fact that Elena Kagen was never a judge she interned for a judge but I don't know if she passed the bar. 2. After this case is over, can a judge- if they have to have a law license- be disbarred? 3. I don't THINK this judge broke the law, but there are serious ethical violations that need to be addressed ! 4. If Trump is found guilty-which I absolutely do not see as possible- and it's over turned on appeal, can this judge be subpoenaed by the U.S. Congress?

Actually he did...it’s called.. Unconstitutional.... The defendants right for a fair trial. The judge is like a referee ,.... He or She cannot inject themselves into the trial as prosecutor,..or the member of the defense.

There are serious ethical violations but potential criminal referrals as he knowingly did not recuse himself when his family had a vested financial interest in the case AND the outcome 4. Yes he can. In a real state they would also file charges for judicial misconduct and prosecutorial misconduct.

No, the only one who committed a crime was Cohen. Even though he was testifying against trump, he testified that trump had no involvement the paperwork, Cohen handled everything without trumps knowledge so any crime that may have been committed was done by Cohen himself. It's funny every single investigation and indictment only exposes the crimes of the fascists and exonerated trump every time
