They would have to call back the witness, who supposedly perjured herself, which takes time. I don't think everyone is corrupt I think its that thing where some of them think they heard something , some aren't sure and then between then they talk themselves into believing she definitely said I hit him. If she said that then everyone on scene has a direct duty to write that major statement in the book. The fact they haven't is maybe one of them blundered out what he thought he heard , then got everyone he could to back him up, especially as its gone this far. There are other people that was either firemen or paramedics who contradict what was said, imo you can't rely on witnesses at a time of stress , witness's are unreliable at the best of times , put 10 people in a room and play out a scene while they are under pressure , then ask then to describe it , there will be 10 different recollections , from slight to huge , because memory and stress doesn't go well, they were dealing with a death, she could have asked "did I hit him" one misinterpreted it and thinks she said I hit him and some of the others convince themselves that was what she said

It's never looked good to me , it's just easy to make out he was hit by a car because as soon as a conspiracy is brought up some people find it hard to believe. All I know is he did not die from the car hitting him. Why is there a witness seeing the car arrive , and someone from the house seeing the car leave , yet not one person or one neighbourhood camera saw the major part of the story of her hitting him. How did the witness know the car was outside to see it leaving , sometimes if I hear a car start up right outside my house at 12.30am I have a quick look , so if that was what drew her to the window and she saw it leave , how did she not hear the car reverse up to 24mph and hear the car hit him ??? Its obvious that if the two testimonies are true and one was aware the car was outside why aren't they aware of an accident. I honestly think this bit of evidence is huge because between the two neither knew of an accident , because there was no accident.

He was covering his face. He was attacked by their dog in that house and they try to get rid of the dog prints with the leaf blower and any other footprints out there. Wow this is shockingly bad coverage. If are you saying you can’t tell the difference between 10 years ago and 8 months before the incident?? She’s also the main person who talked to KR and said she heard her say “I hit him” without giving any context. It’s important if she’s tightly linked to this family… this is not rocket science. I was a little suspect about one of the detectives indicating that he could not enter the house without a warrant, my understanding, and perhaps a different in Massachusetts is that with ex circumstances, if he believed there was evidence potentially like a shoe or something else inside you could access the house if there is anyone sworn in as council in mass I would be curious to know the answer to the application of circumstances in a potential

Where is the diagram of her vehicle the area she made a three point turn and where his body was found? To kill a human with enough speed has to be generated to cause his injuries. Is there a curb, did she jump the curb and strike him? In snowy conditions it would have taken her vehicle over him and would have taken her car further into yard. Quite possibly dragging him. Was there injuries to both top of body and bottom?
