Ultra Instinct. Super Saiyan 4 is supposed to be the pinnacle of a Saiyan, while Ultra Instinct is supposed to be a martial artist's pinnacle, Goku's pinnacle. While SSJ4's design is admittedly more unique, UI's fighting style is what makes it unique. The fact the fighting style completely changes is what makes this transformation so awesome. . It's not just a power-up, it's a completely different mental state.

The concept of ssj4 is better but needs updating... The fanmade ssj5 for example, looks so much better. The only character i think they nailed perfectly with ssj4 was gogeta. UI is a simple recolour but the aura associated with it is damn nice. I do prefer the omen or TUI looks though. So with this said: ssj4 artstyle looks better and more interisting but requires updating UI is just more shiny and has a better aura In terms of power... should be obvious.

That’s a very good theory! Makes sense to make SS4 canon in Daima. It already resembles GT with Goku being a kid but besides that combining SS4 with UI would totally look like the fan fiction SS5 from DB AF. Which if I recall correctly is Toyotaros work? Correct me if I’m wrong. But that would make sense, I mean isn’t (merged) Zamasu also inspired by Xicor from DB AF? Seems like we can predict a lot of his plots by analyzing his prior work.

I feel like there is still opportunity and room for DBS to make Jiren a way more compelling character. Jiren still seems to be well hyped up by the fandom (hell, Heroes still includes him, as did the most recent movie), and I believe that they can still cook with him. And since they still refer back to Jiren's fighting style, I believe they will try to "redeem" their mistake.

The potential for the z fighters to fight an army of strong demons is definitely there. I'd love to see jiren and broly stand off in an intense stare down just to turn back to back to fight powerful demons together🤞

Gohan was saved by a Senzu bean after the match but their fight didn’t go on as long as the tournament of power so I figured if Lavender actually manages to get his poison inflicted on Jiren, there wouldn’t be much Jiren could have done

I don’t think it will be the strongest demon. I think they will start low, at the bottom and work their way up to the stronger demons as the series goes on. I do think jiren’s demon will be of the lowest tier. Jiren doesn’t have the kind of main stay star power such as a frieza or even introducing a cooler into the mix. I think jiren’s story will get some shine but they’ll manage it just enough to not bore the fandom. His overall story is truly just a rehash of the same stories we’ve encountered before in other IP’s. (Street fighter, MK, etc) He won’t get that kind of grand push in any of the DB series currently running. He doesn’t have that kind of charisma. He just doesn’t. He’s definitely got a following but with him leading the heard he can only do it for a short time before people tune out. If this were a wwe storyline you put the belt on him for a month or 2 but then get it off him quickly before you lose the audience. No, his demon won’t be the strongest.
