Having a 14 In. Oscillating Spindle Sander in the shop really helps for rounding out all the bolt clearances and concaves in frame and mount plates.

I have a hard time remembering what day of the week it is. Boosted Boiz, PFI, Fasterprom and Cleetus definitely adds to my confusion. I have no idea who's videos are the most current at times. Today Cleetus took us back 2 weeks I think, yesterday Kyle took us back a week. WTF, I just dont know anymore, but regardless it's still entertaining.

The tie rod end mounts are going to create bump steer, there are two opposing Arc sweeps with that long tie rod, they should be placed at the pivot point of the lower control arm this would eliminate any bump steer

It looks like you guys got it figured out but that mount for the trans/engine in the back with the bolt you were worried about would be easily solved with a little box spacer welded on the plate, you wouldn't have to do much more than weld 4 pieces of metal to the thing to make a spacer large enough to fit a socket and wrench on the bolt to get her out.
