You can run corpse explosions (and cyclone cwc desecrate), fireballs, discharge. Many many options. Its Khaom Mjolnir

It's the inquisitor elepocalypse! This looks dope af. I'd probs run a lower budget version with uniques... definitely gonna go with Serle's Masterwork, just deciding if I wanna dual wield or not. You can runecraft Battlemage onto it :D, so thinking of going Elementalist possibly, otherwise I'd run Sabo, dual procs since it's a Trigger for spells. Firestorm of the Meteor baby! Archmage is also an option.

Crit, phys, fire, fossils with 3 socket resonator (but it's expensive). PoB will be coming when I make my full build guide.

It doesn't appear to be all that effective since you can have a limited number of tornados and you hit that cap almost instantly with cyclone. It would be better to have another spell that can be spammed and have high aoe damage. Maybe some variant of detonate dead or firestorm of meteors.
