Holy WIP's Batman! (yarn vlog 🧶 crochet and kniting projects, and chat)

Hey there, friend! Come hang out with me and I'll show you my vast array of crochet and knitting projects that I'm terribly behind on...
Lately, my hands have been very sad, itchy, irritated, and painful, (eczema or something) and I've had to accept and embrace slowing down and not getting everything I want to get done, done.
It'll be OK, I'm working on it and it should be improving soon-
*UPDATE: I found out I'm allergic to eggs and peanuts, and since I stopped eating those everything has started to improve drastically. So YAY! And now to figure out how to bake without eggs...*
But in the meantime, I thought I'd make my first yarn vlog and take you on a little tour of my WIP's, share a little info behind each one, and chat for a minute.

I'm making my socks with 9 inch circular needles and I just love the whole process.
And I'm working on a granny square top that hopefully I'll make some progress on very soon and the video will be done one of these days.
Hopefully I'll get caught up on my 2024 temperature blanket in the near future too... woo boy it's a lot of things. 🧶

Welcome to the sock cult 🤣 🤣😄 🤣 I have joined 2 years ago and so far I'm at 19 pairs! Most of them were gifts and were from acrylic but I still enjoy making them and noticing the change in colours!

In January I started experiencing tennis elbow, which was so painful at first! I couldn't knit for a couple months, which was just the worst. Just in the last month I have been able to knit again, and I just finished my first project of the year (a pair of socks!) a few days ago. It's so frustrating when our bodies don't let us do what we love! Hopefully the eczema-thingy clears up soon for you!

I have never had a moss stitch blanket that does not do that at the start. In the round is now the go to for flat smooth moss stitch. What yarn are you using for your socks?
