yeah, they said theres no advantage in loot quality in higher heat levels and no such thing as higher quantity of drops from bosses in heat 3 over heat 2. and it seems to be true: bosses drop the same number of items. except that theres an additional boss that is a giant pinata giving you extra loot. so what you have to do there, is the blizzard special: you really have to drop the ball on that one. apparently the foundation of their encounter design is just a serious of dad-jokes and bad puns at the office. i aint even mad.

Blizzard created a new variant of WoW Classic - called Season of Discovery. There Blizzard tries to put a fresh spin on the Vanilla experience. Including, but not limited to runes on items altering abilities, new dungeon, new raids. It is being delivered to players in phases. This is phase 4 opening the Molten Core where a final boss has been added. I don't know if that answers your question.

It is all about fire resistance not skill based. 96 fire res min for Heat 2 before buffed and 215 fire resilience before buffed on heat 3. Just because so many with zero to non fire resistance failed to complete it dont make the content hard 😂. New to the game or?

He mentioned below if you have below 226 fire res you can get 1 shot by an ability called conflagorate

All trash mobs and bosses have an ability called Conflagration that one shots if a player doesn't have the required fire resistance. Whenever a mob/boss targets a player the first thing it tries to use is Conflagration. It is technically possible play with 0 fire res and if you're lucky and nothing ever targets You you're fine, but the chances of that are close to zero :) On Heat3 the required fire resistance is 226.

@@Shalelolz when we did farm trash only on thursday evening there was no such thing as conflagrate on trash packs. We did this on heat 3 to see if the heat levels affected respawn rate and drop rate on trash. This is a boss related thing and not active in the entire zone. Some trash packs reduce your fire resistance by like 100 in large aoe. Pretty sure none of us met any threshold, least of all 226, after getting hit by that.

Yeah, you can see my current fire res at the top of the UI. If you took any fire dmg and had fire res below 226, you got oneshot by an ability called Conflagrate. ^^

Saw 2 on Garr, 1 on Shazz, 2 on sulfuron, 3 on Domo, 4 om rags and 3 on the motlen core. So I was also wrong and also right, as you are also wrong and also right. True, I should of paid attention more, but work and shitty work screen distracted me I guess. :) Good compromise guess. However i will sit corrected. Many thanks :)
