look for an app, to change it from your phone. Or check on amazon for a replacement remote.

i just got this desk pros easy to put together perfect size looks great huge con cant sit close to the desk because of the bar under the desk is so close to you and for me i need to sit close to the desk to aim good so yep huge loss for me.

i’ve set up all the connectors and Cables, lights are coming on but the RF wireless controller isn’t working, came with a new battery in it but still not working. Any suggestions? Thanks

not sure that is strange, try to make sure whatever part receives the RF is not being blocked inside the metal tube perhaps??

Yes. I plugged it into my PC usb. You need to go under the middle of the desk n make sure it is also connected there. I also tested out a usb android phone plug in and that also worked.

Yes. There are a few connector clips under the actual desk. Once those are connected you can plug the usb into a computer or use an AcDc Adapter to power it on. Then click the ON Button on the Remote Control. Any questions, just reply.

Just got one ordered, I don't give a fuck about the RGB, I just need a bigger Battle station than this wheeled little desk my folks got me as a place holder. Can't wait tbf - my current desk is one of those classic little cheap ones with a pull out "keyboard tray"

I hear that! This doesnt have a keyboard tray.. although thatd be nice. It is Great for Gaming/Music Production/video editing i would say. it has held up solid over the last year.. no wobble or anything.. it was a great buy. You will enjoy it!!

How do you set up the led lights, I plugged in one side to there other cable and it’s on but there other side isn’t working as there is no where to plug it in

There should be 2 connectors. One of them probably came loose. I will have to go look as i cant remember exactly.

@@coreymcgill7441 ok so it looks like 3 total connectors. 1. USB to PC or power source. Which i think u connected correctly. Then 2 small power connector clips. The 2 small connectors are located on the far side left and right of the desk by the top middle bar. If you cannot see them one may be shoved inside the metal Desk Frame itself. You may need to flip it over and get a flashlight to see that small clip is connected. Obviously it is connected on the one side... So the side that is not lit up check for the connection. Also take a look to see if the wires were accidentally cut or damaged in the mail. Which could also be the case. It is only 5 Volts so u wont get electricuted.

@@newcastlemusicstudios hi can u plz help me, your comment helped find all 3 cables so thanks for that, but now I got my usb cable connected to my pc but same as the other guy I also have my other 2 connectors but they don’t connect to each other I literally tried for ages they don’t go together are they meant to go somewhere else. Please help me
