This is for about 750 000 Zimbabweans and he said himself that there are millions in SA. So big deal. Zimbabwe's economy collapsed because they expropriated land without compensation and gave it to subsistence farmers who's paying very little tax if at all. No taxes, leads to no hospitals, schools, roads etc. And on top of that it will take only one drought to have people starve. 1) protect property rights and so doing protect the economy 2) don't chop up farms into uneconomical small plots 3) be honest and explain to voters what expropriation without compensation does. 4) expose freedom fighter politics for the farce it always ends up as 5) do lifestyle audits regularly on politicians and those close to them 6) expropriate with compensation with taxes paid mainly by the rich. 7) realize communism in Africa hasn't worked before and will never 8) be careful of borrowing money especially from China (look at all the fancy stuff being built in Zimbabwe by China and yet the people go to SA for basic medical attention). Now the loans needs to be paid back and Zimbabwe is losing sovereignty because they cannot, just by looking at the destitute fleeing for South Africa. 9) privatize mines and tax them correctly and prevent the money being stolen. The government will never be as efficient at anything as private business.
