Mr Minister we have a problem, my brother just found out that he's sharing his ID number with someone we don't know. When he went to the nearest home affairs in Soweto they say he must bring letters from primary school and high school to proof that he's the right full owner of the ID card and he's now 67 years he was attending school in KZN.
