I used to work in La Senza and used to measure bras for customers, you may need to try a 34D, the cup looks too small as the size of the bra nearest your shoulders would come up higher. Plus the colour black makes the fabric tighter. White/nude will be slightly looser because of the colouring. Xxx

Hi Nadia, I love your videos. Thank you for sharing. I always get inspiration. I think I understand what you mean with the feeling in the house, idk why but I think is the color of the walls. I know is a rental but I think if you paint them in a beautiful white shade like SherwinW Extra White for example, you will find more harmony with furniture and for the eyes. That can make you feel much better. Just an idea🤍

You need to wear the bra on the loosest hook as you wash and wear them they’ll loosen. You can bring the hook in as they loosen. If it’s uncomfortable still then size up.

I wanted to give you a hug when you were talking about biggy in the car, if I could have a superpower I’d love it to be able to talk to animals, just being able to chat to our pets and help them understand situations 😊ease anxiety, vet visits etc. We love them so much and want to make their lives as great as possible❤. Hi enjoy your videos I just never comment I’m much older than you I’ve used prescription retinol for over 10 years if you do one thing always use your retinol that’s what’s keeping your skin clear and even the other ingredients are just a form of hydrators and fillers I guarantee you if you stop the retinol your skin would be right where it started
